The project has been designed and will be constructed by reputable Melbourne building company Croft Developments Pty Ltd. RPS Projects are pleased to be working alongside a professional and highly regarded company in Croft Developments once again.

This “state of the art” project with a total building area of 9,000m2 consists of 144 beds arranged over single level construction with large single rooms, as well as rooms suitable for couples, recreational area and commercial kitchen.

The establishment will also have spacious lounge rooms and servery kitchen so residents can choose their own meals, with a strong focus on activity programs and areas promoting independence. The care level offered will range from Respite Care through to Low Care, and plus a separate secure dementia unit.

The facility is anticipated to be completed in December 2018.
