Brief History and Capabilities:
RPS Projects has one director, Timothy Vines, whose is directly involved in all facets of business – including marketing, estimating, design, Project Management, installation, commissioning, invoicing, financial management, Industrial Relations, Company Administration.
All businesses Tim has been involved in have been very profitable and reputable. The current business is very financial, has a great reputation and continues to grow and thrive in both Plumbing Hydraulic and Civil.
Our technical team are fully competent in design, procurement, hydraulic analysis (including pump and tank selection), commissioning and servicing of all types of Hydraulic services.
We have undertaken a range of projects spread from Melbourne and throughout Eastern Victoria. We also consider projects further in other parts of Victoria and New South Wales.
RPS Projects are committed to managing our activities in a professional and businesslike approach. We resolve issues expeditiously and professionally and we realize the benefit of having satisfied clients.
We are keen to grow our business and will continue to make prudent investments in plant and equipment and personnel to exceed our client’s’ expectations.
We rely on a range of professional external advisors as we seek to continually raise the bar on our performance and opportunities.
RPS Projects will consider a range of business arrangements including lump-sum contracting, schedule of rates, performance incentive and joint ventures.
- The Liaison with Statutory Authorities for system approvals, the client, consultant, other Trades to resolve coordination issues, financial matters and System Discrepancies.
- The detection, submission, processing and negotiation of variations to a suitable resolution.
- The attendance of all Site Related Meetings, management, responsibility and Coordination of Site Labour and the resolution of all Site Issues.
- The responsibility of the Financial Status of Projects to achieve a desired result whilst satisfying the Client's Requirements
